Everyone Welcome!

The Language Lounges grew out of a program in May at the Jones Library, a panel featuring Kathleen Wang of the Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion School, Lissa Pierce of Lesley University, and Barbara Pearson (me) of UMass-Amherst. Parents who attended expressed their desire for more programs emphasizing different languages in their lives.

So, if you know songs and finger plays in another language and are willing to share, please contact Lissa (email above). And let's get the ball rolling. : )
